The company uses insulated high-temperature furnace wire as the heating element, low heat storage fiber material as the furnace core, and LTDE programmable instrument as the control system's "integrated programmable high-temperature furnace". The heating speed can reach 1000 degrees within 6 minutes and the temperature is precisely constant, with an error of 0. The furnace core and the outer shell are separated by only 2 cm. When the furnace rises to a high temperature of 1000 degrees, the outer shell does not exceed 70 degrees; the control system has the functions of curve heating, programmable, and automatic shutdown after scheduled startup.
